It wasn’t the first time I received these dented cans. I stopped to order a while as don’t want to get those. After I gave confident in 2025 to order it again, I even emailed the CS to mention it please try to put more protection when delivery. Still, I received those 5 dented cans.
From online search obviously there are potential risk to show the cans will be unsafe for pet to eat. “If there is a dent over any of these seams, the can has at least a Major defect, meaning it is unsafe. “
I emailed on 18-feb to asked any return & refund method for me but no reply since today 24-feb.
I wish I would read the Google review before I became this pet store’s customer. I rarely put on reviews but this is for my cat, I cannot stand for it and I wish no others experience the same as me.
my cat loved the venison and licked his bowl clean. When I opened the can I was surprised how dense and packed the wet food was (unlike other wet food with fillers). I would definitely buy again or try different flavours.
