Warehouse Pick up Policy

At Petso, we understand the importance of flexibility and convenience when it comes to receiving your pet essentials. That’s why we offer a warehouse pick-up option at our Rhodes location for customers who prefer collecting their orders in person. Whether you're stocking up on your furry friend’s favourites or just need a quick top-up, our team is here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Just remember to give us a heads-up at least one day in advance so we can have your order packed and ready to go!

While we aim to support pick-ups wherever possible, not all of our warehouses are set up for in-person collection. Due to stock being spread across multiple locations and staffing limitations in certain areas, some orders may be fulfilled from other warehouses. If you're unsure about your order’s status or where it will be fulfilled, our friendly customer service team is just a message away on Facebook or email and will be happy to assist.

Warehouse Pick up FAQ's

We always aim to provide the best convenience to our customers;
thus, WE OFFER ORDER PICKUPS FOR RHODES WAREHOUSE. However, it is IMPORTANT to contact our customer service team (1 day in advance) before coming to our warehouse, as it takes time to process the order and prepare the package.

Normally the order will be processed within a working day and our CS team will contact you as soon as the order is ready for pick up.

We have different warehouses across Australia and due to stock availability issue sometimes your order gets fulfilled by a different warehouse. We cannot guarantee that you can pick up the complete order in just one warehouse, so it is always good to check with our customer support staff available via facebook or email.

Yes, you can. However, our warehouse is busy all the time, so you might need to wait for a little while or grab a coffee and some snacks right across the corner, while waiting for your order to be packed by one of our warehouse staff.

Please note also that most of our warehouse staff were not trained for customer service and product knowledge. Our Customer Service Support team is always your best person to enquire about a certain product.

Though we have a satellite warehouse in Melbourne, we can’t accommodate request for order pick-up for now. We’re currently working on increasing our manpower in Melbourne, for us to be able to improve our warehouse order processing soon.
