Great Product Until it stopped working within 1 week.

Within 1 week of normal use the product stopped working and is now not turning on and is tripping our electricity. Very upset that we followed all the procedures and bought all the expensive products that work with it and this very expensive product has failed within 1 week of use. Now I’m worried that this VERY EXPENSIVE item is not even going to be replaced or refunded.
