Machine stopped working a couple of months just after the 12mths warranty. Machine clearly is faulty as the screen stopped working and the connectivity to the app died. Cats barely used this machine as they have another machine they prefer. Contacted PetkitAU who got in touch with Petso and both refuse to even investigate what the issue is and instead try to get you to buy another new machine (so this machine ends up in landfill?).
