The cat tree didnt come with any screws/bolts to attach to the tree.
Customer service was great, but unfortunately couldnt provide the screws. They did say they would provide a bigger tree, but it was too big for my space so i declined. I had to get my partner to find some attachments.

Products is very low quality

Can't connect the side panels due to the holes of the wood and the side panel are not match.

The wood coming out from the side is shorter than what you see from the pictures therefore makes it harder to put the side panel on.

The wood colour is completely different than what you see from the pictures as well, the colour is not that orange. More like normal wood you can pick up from jungle.

Fabrics keep falling off.
