Customer service is brilliant

The company contacted me on the back of my poor review and asked for images and videos so that they could rectify my issue. They were superb - I've never experienced customer service like these guys gave me! I was amazed at the care they took to hear about my issues and to fix them in a way that suited me!

My issues were rectified to the best of their abilities in less than a week. I do still feel that it is important to say that the product itself is not ideal and there is a good possibility there will be issues with it if ordered. David (cat) and I have made it work with a little elbow grease and ingenuity :)

Wrong parts. Awful design

Really hard to put together. The little cave bit had the holes drilled in the wrong spot and also needed to rip into the fabric to actually screw it together. Really disappointed.
