Auto-Delivery Rules & Regulations

Welcome to PETSO's Auto-Delivery service. By choosing our Auto-Delivery service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Setting Up Auto-Delivery: You can set up Auto-Delivery for any eligible product by selecting the Auto-Delivery option, choosing your preferred delivery frequency, and completing the checkout process.

2. Delivery Schedule: Your first Auto-Delivery order will be shipped immediately after checkout. Subsequent orders will be shipped based on the delivery frequency you've chosen.

3. Payment: All major credit cards are accepted for Auto-Delivery orders. Your card will be charged each time your order is shipped.

4. Pricing: The price of items on Auto-Delivery may vary. The charge for each Auto-Delivery shipment will be the price of the item on the day the order is processed.

5. Discounts and Promotions: Auto-Delivery orders are eligible for a standard discount. If you have a separate promotional code, you can apply it to your first Auto-Delivery order.

6. Changes to Auto-Delivery: You can change your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel your Auto-Delivery at any time through your online account. Changes made less than 48 hours before your next scheduled order may not take effect until the following delivery.

7. Out of Stock Items: If an item in your Auto-Delivery is out of stock, we will notify you and delay shipment until the item is back in stock.

8. Delivery: Our couriers will leave your package in a safe place. If no such place is available, they will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery.

By using our Auto-Delivery service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
